Where do you ship?

We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We are pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING via USPS on all products. Each product is custom made, just for you. Please allow 2-5 weeks for production and delivery.

What is your return policy?

Do your bags pill?

Our bags are made of high quality, non-pilling wool felt. They are exceptionally durable, provide impact protection, are water resistant and easy to clean with soap & water.

Where are your bags made?

Each handbag is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Virginia. We're proud to offer bags that are sweatshop free, environmental and animal-friendly and sustainable.

How long does it take to make my bag?

Each product is custom made, just for you. Please allow 2-5 weeks for production and delivery.

Can I customize my bag?

Yes, you can customize your handbag! If you would like one color inside and another outside just send us a message here or email starkrankins@gmail.com. For example, you can request grey on the outside of the handbag and orange on the inside. Whatever combination of colors we are happy to customize.
