Where do you ship?

We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. with FREE STANDARD SHIPPING via USPS on all orders.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Full details are available in our return policy.

Do your bags pill?

Our bags are made of high quality, non-pilling wool felt. They are exceptionally durable, provide impact protection, are water-resistant and easy to clean with soap & water.

Where are your bags made?

Skilled artisans in Virginia handcraft each handbag. We're proud to offer bags that are sweatshop-free, environmental and animal-friendly and sustainable.

How long does it take to make my bag?

Each product is custom made, just for you. Please allow 2-5 weeks for production and delivery.

Can I customize my bag?

Yes! you can customize your handbag! If you would like one color on the outside and another inside just send us a message here or email starkrankins@gmail.com. For example, you can request grey on the outside and orange on the inside. We're happy to work with whatever color combination you have in mind.
